
Please measure the following areas of your body while standing using a tape measure:
1. Height: Measure from the top of your head to your sole. 2. Bust Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. 3. Waist Circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. 4. Front Waist Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder over the bust apex to the lower edge of the waistband. 5. Bust Depth: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (base of neck) to the highest point of your bust apex. 6. Back Length: Measure from the bottom cervical vertebra (slightly protruding) to the narrowest part of the waist. 7. Neck Circumference: Measure loosely from the base of the neck, directly above the collarbone in the hollow.
8. Shoulder Width: Measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder bone, which is at the same level just above the armpit. 9. Hip Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks. 10. Sleeve Length: With slightly bent arm, measure from the shoulder ball over the elbow to the wrist. 11. pper Arm Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm. 12. Side Length: Measure from the bottom edge of the narrowest part of the waist to the floor, on the side. 13. Inseam Length: Measure on the inner side of the leg from the crotch to the floor. 14. Back Width: Measure the distance from arm socket to arm socket at the level of the shoulder blades.
Tip: Take measurements directly on underwear - avoid using a push-up bra. For accurate results, consider getting assistance during measuring.
