General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Lé Majique Online Shop
1 Scope
(1) For all orders placed through the online shop of Lé Majique, the following General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply exclusively.
(2) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Lé Majique has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2 Contractual Partners, Contract Conclusion
(1) The purchase contract is concluded with Lé Majique, represented by Esra Sertcelik, Düsseldorfer Straße 176, 47239 Duisburg.
(2) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Place Order” or “Preorder” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.
(3) For orders placed by minors, the consent of the legal representative is required.
3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
(2) The shipping costs depend on the order value and the delivery address and will be clearly communicated to you before completing your order.
(3) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which the customer must bear. Customers can obtain information about these additional costs on the website of the customs authorities of their country or by contacting local customs offices or tax authorities. We strongly recommend that our customers inform themselves about possible additional costs before purchasing to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
4 Payment
(1) Payment can be made either by prepayment, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
(2) If the prepayment method is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
(3) For PayPal or credit card payments, your account will be charged upon completion of the order.
5 Delivery
(1) All our Lé Majique products offered for sale on this site are not in stock and are specially made to order, particularly in line with the wishes and needs of the customers. Therefore, the delivery time of the products is between 10-18 days, possibly earlier.
(2) Lé Majique pursues a more sustainable solution through PRE ORDER orders, as no products are kept in stock. In this sense, delivery takes place within the specified period (10-18 days).
(3) Lé Majique reserves the right not to deliver the ordered goods in the event of non-availability. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Lé Majique until full payment has been made.
7 Right of Withdrawal
(1) Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our withdrawal policy.
(2) Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded for individually manufactured goods, such as custom-made and products made according to customer specifications.
(3) Condition of the Product to be Returned
Please ensure that the product you wish to exchange or return is in its original packaging, well-protected, and properly packed to avoid damage.
(4) Return Period & Right of Withdrawal
The return period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
(5) Exclusion of Exchange and Return
An exchange or return will not be accepted if deformations occur during dressing or short-term wearing of the product, if perfume or similar smells enter the product, and/or labels or washing instructions are removed. Your right to exchange and return remains valid if you return the product in its original packaging and box.
(6) Disclaimer for Transport Damages
We do not assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or non-conformity of the returned products during transport according to the above conditions. We reserve the right to claim damages and shipping costs.
(7) To exercise your right of withdrawal or exchange, you must inform us:

with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from or exchange this contract.
(8) Quality Control & Return/Exchange Right
Once the products you sent for return or exchange have reached our return warehouse, they will be checked by our quality control unit. If the products are suitable for exchange, the exchange will be made within 10 days. The amounts for the returned products, minus the shipping costs, will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 14 working days (excluding the additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). If you paid shipping costs during the purchase, only the return shipping costs will be credited to your account within 14 days. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.
8 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
9 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
10 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, as far as legally permissible, the seat of Lé Majique in Duisburg.
11 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provisions, the statutory regulations apply.
